Crystal Cruises provides alternative specialty restaurants to enhance the evening dining options and provide the opportunity to enjoy a new culinary environment.

Prego, on all ships, features traditional Italian cuisine plus signature dishes from Piero Selvaggio, owner of famed Valentino restaurants in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Kyoto, on Crystal Harmony, offers inventive Japanese cuisine and sushi specialties.

Jade Garden, on Crystal Symphony, is a culinary crossroads of Asia; dishes are inspired by the exotic array of traditions and ingredients of the Orient. Specialty dishes from Wolfgang Puck's Chinois restaurant are offered as well.

Silk Road and The Sushi Bar, on Crystal Serenity, feature the world-renowned cuisine of master chef Nobu Matsuhisa. He has created an innovative menu of classically styled Japanese food with distinctive Peruvian and European influences.

WHAT TO WEAR
Each evening on a Crystal cruise has a specific dress code, which applies to all public areas of the ship after 6:00 pm. Guests find that the occasional formal evenings create a special atmosphere in contrast to the other more informal evenings on board. The three codes of attire are: casual, informal and formal. Typically, 10- to 14-day cruises have three formal nights. The number of informal nights is usually based on the number of days at sea, and casual nights are based on days in port.

Formal Evening Attire - An evening dress and gowns of fashionable length for ladies, and a tuxedo, dinner jacket or dark suit and tie for gentlemen is recommended.

Informal Evening Attire - For ladies, evening dresses, cocktail dresses or pantsuits are suitable. For gentlemen, a sport coat and slacks are suggested; ties are optional.

Casual Evening Attire - On casual evenings, a more relaxed attire is accepted such as casual dresses and pantsuits for ladies, and sport shirt and slacks for gentlemen. Ties and jackets are not required.
